VitaDog Refund and Return Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with VitaDog. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our supplements, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
