That's me with Ben. He was my golden retriever, right by my side from early high school, through college, and into my first job. More than a decade of being my shadow.

Ben battled illness on and off for most of his life, and his final year and a half was the hardest. Watching him fade, I looked at my own supplement cabinet and asked a simple question: why is there so much out there for my health, and so little for the dogs we love most?
